Support for Schools

Resourcing you to support families in your school.

Care for the Family is a national charity working across the UK since 1988. We seek to support schools to positively impact a child’s future by helping to strengthen family life at home. Our popular resources and support are preventative, evidence-based and easy to apply.

We have a variety of resources which you can use to equip staff in their work with families, share with the parents in your school, and signpost families towards.

Schools are using our resources and seeing an impact in the classroom on behaviour, attendance and attainment.

Schools can signpost families connected to your school to our support (either in person or via school newsletters), run one of our parenting courses, place leaflets in school reception.

Talk to one of our team and request a free pack of resources for schools.

Some of our resources are free, downloadable and ‘ready to run’, while others require access to training. Explore our resources and support for schools below.
